Failure to provide this evidence within the specified timeframe may result in your request being declined. If your claim is verified, we can offer a full refund or resend the item.

3. What if I received the wrong product? If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We can either resend the correct product or offer a refund.

4. I received a product with manufacturing defects. What should I do? If you receive a product with manufacturing defects within the 14-day return window, you are eligible to request a replacement. Should your claim be verified as genuine, we will shoulder all related expenses to send you a replacement product. 5. I'm not satisfied with the product's quality. What can I do? We're sorry to hear that. Please send us photos or videos showcasing the quality issue within 14 days of receiving the item. After verifying, we can decide on a refund or resend.

6. What if my package hasn't arrived? Packages can sometimes be delayed. If it hasn't arrived within a certain period past the estimated delivery date, let us know. We can offer a resend or refund.
